Late Registration/Cancellation Policy

Late Registration Policy

Registration for all CJGT events will close 3 days prior to event day.

A player may request entry into an event after registration closes via email to the Tour Director or by calling or texting  the Tour Office at 865-406-1661.

A late registration request will be accepted only if there is an open tee time within the player’s division.

If a late entry is approved a $10 late entry fee will be added to the event fee.

Once tee times are created, posted and e-mailed, it is difficult to change.  CJGT will NOT take tee time  or player pairing requests.

 

Cancellation/Refund Policy

All cancellation requests must be submitted via email.

Requests for a cancellation with a refund received prior to 3 days before an event will be honored less a $10 administration fee.  Requests for cancellation with a refund received prior to 3 days before the Tour Championship will be honored less 50% of the entry fee.

A transfer may be requested up until 3 days prior to the first round without penalty. Please note that you must transfer your entry fee to a tournament of equal or lesser value or you will be charged the remainder of the balance.

No refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued if a participant cancels their entry 2 days or less prior to the event.

No refunds, credits or transfers will be issued if a participant does not show on the day of the event. Special consideration may be given at the Tour Director’s discretion for special circumstances.
