MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION

Membership in Champions Junior Golf Tour is required to participate in any event conducted by CJGT.  Regular season event fees may range from $35 – $55, although most are $40. Event fees for the Tour Championship may range from $55-$75.

Basic Membership:  $75 per year

  • Open to boys and girls ages 5 – 15
  • One time annual membership fee allows players access to register for any CJGT event
  • Advanced access to Champions Junior Golf Tour events
  • Online tournament registration
  • Registration status view and management for each tournament
  • Access to complete on-line registration Payment History
  • Access to on-line interactive tools to view results and analyze performance
  • Member Player Profile features Tournament Stats, Player Bio and Photo
  • Ability to immediately update your personal information on-line (All personal information is private and only accessible to CJGT Staff)

Premium Membership:   additional $20 per year

  • Offered as an upgrade to Basic Membership only
  • Intended for players competing in multiple tours or other tournaments
  • Allows players to manage their total tournament performance on-line

MEMBERSHIP GUIDELINES

  • Once an applicant registers on-line, CJGT will email confrmation and log-in information before a member can register for individual tournaments
  • A player’s age as of June 15 of the tour year determines the division they will play for the entire tour year.
  • Membership does not guarantee entry into any event; fields for certain events may be limited and registration deadlines will be enforced
  • CJGT’s Code of Conduct Policy will be strictly enforced; membership can be suspended or canceled at any time by the Champions Junior Golf Tour if a player is in violation of the Code of Conduct
  • Membership registration and tournament registration will be accepted by mail, but on-line registration is strongly encouraged
  • The CJGT website will serve not only to facilitate the registration process, but will also provide player profiles, tournament results, rankings, and links to other junior golf related sites and activities
  • To be eligible to be named Tour Champion in any division, members MUST play in the Tour Championship for that tour year and have played in a minimum of 5 CJGT regular season events plus the Tour Championship (6 total) for that tour year
  • Tour season is April – November

SIBLING DISCOUNT

The CJGT offers a discount to families with more than one junior golfer under the age of 15.  Participants who register one player online at the regular rate will be eligible to register siblings as members at the discounted Basic Membership rate of $50.  Once you have registered the first sibling player as a member, register each additional sibling player using the Code SIBLING and your discount will be given at check out.

REFERRAL DISCOUNT

Members that refer a friend to join CJGT will get a $25 referral credit to be used toward any regular season event registration fee (does not apply to Tour Championships.)  A referral credit cannot be applied once the regular rate has been charged.  To get your credit, email a request to info@championsjrgolf.com with your name and your referral name(s).  Referral credits cannot be transferred or carried over to the next year’s tour.  Members can refer an unlimited number of players each year.

END OF SEASON DISCOUNT

The CJGT offers a $35 membership fee for players joining a tour after October 1st.

 

 

Cancellation/Refund Policy

All cancellation requests must be submitted via email.

Requests for a cancellation with a refund received prior to 3 days before an event will be honored less a $10 administration fee.  Requests for cancellation with a refund received prior to 3 days before the Tour Championship will be honored less 50% of the entry fee.

A transfer may be requested up until 3 days prior to the first round without penalty. Please note that you must transfer your entry fee to a tournament of equal or lesser value or you will be charged the remainder of the balance.

No refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued if a participant cancels their entry 2 days or less prior to the event.
