Late Registration Policy

A player may request entry into an event after registration closes via email to the Tour Director or by calling or texting  the Tour Office at 865-406-1661.

A late registration request will be accepted only if there is an open tee time within the player’s division.

If a late entry is approved, a $10 late entry fee will be added to the event fee.

Once tee times are created, posted and e-mailed, it is difficult to change.  CJGT will NOT take tee time or player pairing requests.

 

Cancellation/Refund Policy

All cancellation requests must be submitted via email.

Requests for a cancellation with a refund received prior to close of registration will be honored less a $10 administration fee.

A transfer may be requested up until close of registration without penalty. Please note that you must transfer your entry fee to a tournament of equal or lesser value or you will be charged the remainder of the balance.

Transfer requests after close of registration will incur a $10 administration fee.

Cancellations after close of registration will not be refunded.

Requests for cancellation with a refund received prior to close of registration for the Tour Championship will be honored less a $20 administration fee. Cancellation within 7 days of the start of the event will incur a $25 administration fee while cancellations within 3 days prior to the start of the event will incur a fee of 50% of the original registration fee.

No refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued if a participant cancels their entry the day of the event.
