Fields for all tournaments will have a limit based on the tee times made available to CJGT at each course.  If an event is full at the time a player is registering, that player will be placed on a waiting list.

• If spots in an event open up BEFORE TEE TIMES ARE CREATED, those spots will be filled based on the order of registration on the waiting list
• If spots in an event open up AFTER TEE TIMES ARE CREATED, those spots will be filled based on the order of registration within the player’s division and tee times available
• Any player that is added from a waiting list will be notified via email of their opportunity to compete in that event
